The hard copy ($24.99) is a 318-page paperback with a color cover and six photo pages inside. Lulu is a print-on-demand publisher that prints a copy only when a copy is ordered, saving us all money, time and trees.

A downloadable PDF ($5.99) is also available at this site, although it does not have the pretty cover.

Here the e-book ($5.99) does have a cover, and you can choose from a variety of formats, including Kindle, Epub and PDF. If you don't have an e-book reader, I recommend the PDF, which is readable on any computer (and is easy to search for key words or names).
